A Day as a Cheesemaker: Guided Mozzarella Farm Tour at Di Santo
Welcome to our home. If you are looking for an authentic Mozzarella farm tour in Campania, you are in the right place. Here at Azienda Agricola Di Santo, the gates are not meant to keep the world out, but to welcome it in.
We are Dad Giovanni and brothers Francesco and Antonio Di Santo. Two generations, three minds, but a single heart. Too often, a cheese factory is imagined as a sterile, industrial place. We are here to prove the exact opposite. Our philosophy is simple: quality has no secrets. The closer you look, the more you will fall in love with what you eat.
Mozzarella Farm Tour: Not a Factory, but a Family
We created our guided dairy farm tours and the Educational Farm with a precise goal: to bring people inside the “truth” of our work. Whether you are a school group ready to learn or a group of international travelers, the experience here is immersive.
We will take you where it all begins: in the stables, to look our water buffaloes in the eyes. You will smell the fresh milk and see our hands at work giving life to the famous Mozzarella Di Santo di latte di bufala.
A Strategic Stop for your Tours in Campania
Why choose us? Because we are in the heart of history.
We are just minutes away from the wonders of the Royal Palace of Caserta and the eternal charm of Benevento. We are the perfect stop for those looking for a Mozzarella farm tour while moving from Naples or planning a visit to the Pompeii ruins.
Our dairy is the ideal meeting point for Tour Operators who want to offer culture, not just food. Watching a cheesemaker “cut” (mozzare) by hand is an ancient theatrical spectacle.
Come visit us.
Dad Giovanni, and brothers Francesco and Antonio are waiting to let you live a day as a Cheesemaker, amidst real flavors and genuine hospitality.
Because we put our face and heart into it, always!!!
